The Party Kat is located in Saratoga Springs, UT. We are able to help with parties in most of Utah and Salt Lake counties.

That depends on what you need. The Party Kat offers event set up and clean up, but we also offer party management services to help make sure the event flows smoothly.

Because no two parties are the same, we cannot know the price of planning your party until after we meet you at the venue in person and discuss ideas with you. No later than two days after the consultation, you will receive an email with a quote that will include all details discussed during the survey. Some adjustments are still possible at this point, and we will always be clear about what any desired price adjustments will affect.

Most complete parties that we plan cost between $300-$800 depending on the scope.

50% is due after the venue consultation and prior to the planning stage. 50% is due one week prior to the event.

Absolutely! We offer what we like to call "a la carte" items. The Party Kat wants your party to be special, and will do anything we can to make it that way. We can provide you with thematic balloon displays, photo backdrops, cupcakes, cookie kits, cake toppers, or nearly anything else that we can think up together.

We need some time to plan and prepare, so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible to both secure the date of your event and allow enough time to create the perfect party. We will discuss the details of timing when we visit with you at the venue, but would normally require between 2-8 weeks of notice depending on what is asked.
